LAKELAND, FL-Auburndale-based The Car Book Inc. has signed a sublease for 30 months for a 15,000-square-foot warehouse. The site is located at 3306 Waterfield Road off US 98 and Polk Parkway here. The deal also includes the use of 4.26 acres of land that the warehouse sits on.
