BORDENTOWN, NJ-Fameco Real Estate LP has secured both theexclusive leasing and sale assignments for the Bordentown ShoppingCenter and the Delran Shopping Center. According to Famecoprincipal Jeffrey Cohen, “One of Fameco’s strengths is its abilityto re-tenant an underperforming center, increase its asset valueand, at the owner’s direction, ultimately sell the center.”

The Bordentown Shopping Center, located at Route 206 and MartinAvenue, is a 178,670-square-foot center anchored by ShopRite andcontains over 100,000 square feet of vacant space, providing upsidepotential for a developer or big box user. In addition, there is apad site and excess land that has not yet been developed.

The Delran Shopping Center is located in the heart of the retailcorridor at Route 130 and Chester Avenue and is surrounded by bigbox retailers including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Home Depot,Lowe’s and Shop Rite. The 171,449-square-foot center is vacant.Jeffrey Cohen will spearhead the leasing efforts and Fameco seniordirector Ron Cappello will direct the sales effort.
