ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida is moving its headquarters from Central Florida to a 7,000-square-foot facility at 20 N. Orange Ave. in downtown Orlando.

ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida is moving its headquarters from Central Florida to a 7,000-square-foot facility at 20 N. Orange Ave. in downtown Orlando.

Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida's president, Jeff Sweeney feels that the new facility will throw ample growth opportunities for the firm. The firm's previous HQ occupied 5,600 square feet at 315 E.
