SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA-Healthcare Trust of America Inc. ofScottsdale, AZ has acquired the 85% leased Sierra Vista medicaloffice building from HD Partners SVRMC LLC for just under $11million in a sale that was brokered by listing agents Jeff Matulisand Toby Scrivner of the Stan Johnson Co. in Tulsa, OK.
The property is a 45,000-square-foot, three-story class Aproject that was completed in May. It is situated at 1010 MurrayAve., at the southwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and CasaStreet.
The medical office building is leased to six tenants includingfamily practice, internal medicine, surgery specialties, cardiologyspecialties, orthopedics, oncology specialties and OB-GYN. Adjacentto the building is a 523-car parking structure not included in thepurchase that is available for use by the tenants and patients.
