DALLAS-With high vacancy rates spread across the city, landlords of residential, office and commercial spaces are offering free-rent deals to attract tenants. Residential landlords across the city are offering two to three months of free rents to attract new tenants.
The same is the case of office buildings. Landlords are offering one month rent waiver for a year of lease and sometimes even more. Thanks to these offers, some buildings have ended up leasing about 90% of their space. For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
