NEW YORK CITY-Desmarais LLP will open its new office at 230 Park Avenue. The firm has signed a 10-year lease with Monday Properties for 22,408 square feet of space with plans to completely renovate the entire space. The deal was signed after 90 days of negotiation.
The asking rent for the new office space was around $65 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis represented Monday Properties, the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Desmarais, the tenant, in the negotiation. For the full story, go to NY Observer.
