DENVER-Frontier Airlines has signed a lease extension till 2010for 70,000 square feet of space for its Denver headquarters at 7001Tower Rd. Although the airline is a unit of the Indianapolis-basedRepublic Airways Holdings Inc. where all its top executives workfrom, it still recognizes Denver as its headquarters.
In the leasing transaction, Jamie Gard of Frederick Ross Co.represented Frontier Airlines, while the landlord, RunwayProperties, was represented by Ryan Stout of Grubb & Ellis.For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
