NEW YORK-HomeGoods, has signed a lease for a 26,000-square-footspace located at Columbus Square in Manhattan. HomeGoods signed a10-year deal with 795 Columbus LLC, the landlord.
The store will occupy over 20,600 square feet of space in thebasement and 5,700 square feet of space on the ground floor.
