The site belongs to AMB-HTD Beacon Centre LLC. In the leasing transaction, the tenant was represented by Michael Torna of Flagler Real Estate Services LLC, while the landlord was represented by George Pino and Jason Tresslar also of Flagler Real Estate Survive.
