VALRICO, FL-Rev1 Power Services Inc. has purchased the Bloomingdale Office Building at 1438-1440 E. Bloomingdale Ave. in Valrico for $270,000. The site includes 2,554 square feet of class A office space and is located in Bloomingdale Oaks Executive Park.

The site was sold by Tiger Investment Group Inc. The sales rate was $105.71 per square foot. The seller was represented by Frank Boullosa and Jason Aprile of The Ross Realty Group Inc. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
