SIKON Awarded Publix at Riviera Beach Contract

RIVIERA BEACH, FL-The contract for constructing the 84,600-square-foot, three-story Publix at Riviera Beach supermarket and parking lot at 252 East Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach, has been awarded to SIKON Construction based out of Deerfield Beach.

RIVIERA BEACH, FL-The contract for constructing the 84,600-square-foot, three-story Publix at Riviera Beach supermarket and parking lot at 252 East Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach, has been awarded to SIKON Construction based out of Deerfield Beach.

Fisher and Associates LLC is in charge of designing the site. The project is estimated to cost $7 million and is slated to break ground on September 2010. The project is expected to be complete in August 2011. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
