BOCA RATON, FL-The remaining 272 units at Olivine at theTownship Condominiums in Coconut Creek has been sold by PrestigeBuilders Group to private investors for a total of $22.5 million.The sales transaction was handled by the team of Avery Klann andHampton Beebe of ARA Florida.
