CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC has hiredWayne Schuchts as their senior vice president and Ed Lyden as theirvice president. Schuchts will work from the Coral Gablesheadquarters office, where he will be required to handle the salesand leasing activity of Centergate at Gratigny. Schuchts wasearlier with Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Abood Wood-Fay.
