CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC has hired Wayne Schuchts as their senior vice president and Ed Lyden as their vice president. Schuchts will work from the Coral Gables headquarters office, where he will be required to handle the sales and leasing activity of Centergate at Gratigny. Schuchts was earlier with Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Abood Wood-Fay.
