AUSTIN, TX-Two retailers have signed separate leases to occupyretail space at the mixed-use Soco Lofts and Shops at Soco. BlackEye Skate Shop has signed a lease for 963 square feet of space atthe site. The tenant was represented by The Weitzman Group.
In the second lease, The Soco Studio signed a deal to occupy 936square feet of space. Black Orchid Salon, Thundercloud Subs, andStompin' Grounds Coffee are some of the tenants at the site.For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
