INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis Housing Agency has given approval forconstruction contracts valued at $1.3 million aimed atmodifications of Lugar and Barton Towers. Shiel Sexton, theconstruction firm, will start work on Lugar Tower next month.
The agency plans to add some 74 units to Lugar Tower with hopesof financing the project by the start of 2011. Plans are also therefor work on elevators in the Indiana Avenue and Barton Annexbuildings. For the full story, go to Indystar.com.
