ORLANDO-CY Capital LLC has purchased Lot 17 at Orlando's Forsyth Central Commerce Park, from Synovus Bank for $120,000.

NAI Realvest brokered the sale of the industrial development site, which spans 0.75 acres, on behalf of CY Capital. Synovus is located in St. Petersburg and CY Capital is based in Longwood. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
