IRVINE, CA-Andrew White has joined locally based 360 CommercialPartners as director to lead the company's Office Leasing AdvisoryGroup, according to Louis J. Tomaselli, founder and managingpartner of 360 Commercial. White formerly was a vice president withCB Richard Ellis in Anaheim, where he was a member of the theWarner/Friend team, leasing millions of square feet of prime officespace in Central Orange County and the Greater Airport Area.

The 360 Commercial Partners’ Office Leasing Advisory Groupprovides representation for office owners and occupiers throughoutSouthern California. It will collaborate with 360 CommercialPartners’ Office Sales Advisory to "offer a full-spectrum solutionfor office clients," according to a company announcement, whichalso cites White’s expertise in structuring complex, large-scalelease transactions that "will be especially valued by discerningclients in today’s dynamic real estate climate."

While at CBRE, White was recognized for his market-leadingoffice leasing productivity, earning a top-10 ranking among CBRE’sAnaheim brokers in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and being named among thetop 25 producers in Orange County for 2008 and 2009. Among theclients he has worked for are AEW, GE, Piedmont Office RealtyTrust, PS Business Parks, Rreef, TA Associates and UBS Realty.
