WASHINGTON, DC-The owner and tenants of 672-unit Marbury Plaza,a distressed condo, have finally reached a consensus after a strikethat went on for two years. Under this agreement, the owner A&AMarbury LLC, comprising The Lightstone Group and The Collins Group,will make $5 million worth repairs including improvements toroofing, plumbing, windows, heating, etc. to the 42-year oldapartment complex.
