NEPTUNE BEACH, FL-SIKON Construction's Central Florida officehas finished the construction of Regency Centers' 64,330square-foot Seminole Shoppes retail center located in NeptuneBeach, Duval County. This new center is the largest shopping centerto be built in the area in 25 years.
