ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Foreclosures in the Orange County marketdeclined 10% in July 2010 when compared to that of June 2010, whiledefaults increased by 9% for the same comparable periods. Thenumber of homes foreclosed in July 2010 was 629, a 22% decreasefrom July 2009 levels.

The average number of foreclosures in the Orange County has been701 homes per month since November 2008. Meanwhile, default noticesin July 2010 settled at 1,462, a 51% decrease from July 2009.For the full story, go to Orange County Register.
