BOSTON- Seaport Square LLC's proposed project has crossed amajor hurdle by securing environmental authorization from the StateEnvironmental Secretary, Ian Bowles. Seaport Square is a consortiumof developers including Morgan Stanley, W/S Associates and GaleInternational.
The proposal includes hotels, offices, stores and residencesspanning 23 acres between the Boston Convention & ExhibitionCenter and the federal courthouse. The company will startconstruction of one of the residential buildings duringmid-2011.
