BOSTON-Boston developer Donald J. Chiofaro is seeking a compromise with the Boston Redevelopment Authority about the imposed 200-foot height limit for his planned waterfront complex.
While the specifics of the new plan were not released, the height of the complex will be shorter than the previously proposed 625 feet. Chiofaro explained that the 200-foot height limit would be unable to compensate soaring construction costs.
