SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ- Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has inked90,000 square feet of industrial leasing activity at two of itsMeadowlands-area properties.

The leases include a full-building, long-term,46,137-square-foot lease with manufacturer Dazian Fabrics at 18Central Blvd. John Donnelly of Grubb & Ellis negotiated thelease on behalf of the tenant, and Andrew Houston of CassidyTurley, the exclusive leasing agent for the property, repped AlfredSanzari.

In addition, Dora’s Naturals, a manufacturer and distributor oforganic milk drinks and health products, has renewed and expandedits long-term lease at 21-23 Empire Blvd. to a total of 42,000square feet. “Dora has been a tenant at the 75,000-square-footbuilding here since 2002, and the building’s location provides thecompany with easy access to the cities in the New York metropolitanarea that it serves,” says Jerry Barta, vice president and directorof leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari.
