NEW YORK CITY-Genting Berhad will open the first gambling parlorin the state in New York's Aqueduct racetrack upon satisfyingcertain legislative requirements.
The Malaysian casino giant has ambitious expansion plans forboth the racetrack located in Queens and others across the US. Thenew gambling parlor, Genting's first in the US, will house 4,500electronic table games and slot machines, with plans to expand thesite into a resort which will include high-end hotels withinternational appeal.
