ALISO VIEJO, CA-Although demand for new homes remain below lastyear's rate, unsold homes in Orange County have continued to risein the last two weeks, reports Steve Thomas of Altera RealEstate.
Thomas reported that an additional 236 owners have listed theirhomes for sale as of Thursday sending the total to 11,650, and inthe past month up to 3,002 owners inked sales contracts.
