ARMONK, NY-A 40-year old furniture store in Westchester town wasrecently converted into a radically new office and retail space byArchitect Lucio De Lio.

De Lio likened many of the buildings in Westchester to theattraction in Disney World and therefore sought to convert theoutdated colonial-style architecture of the furniture store into aspace that was reminiscent of warehouses in the 1920s and the1910s.
