NEW YORK-Bank of America, which had recently settled into a newtower located at 1 Bryant Park, is on the look out for office spaceto the tune of 1 million square feet in Manhattan.

BofA has approached various landlords in the downtown andmidtown area for an office space to replace some of its olderoffice spaces such as 114 West 47th St. and 1185 Sixth Ave, sincethe leases on these buildings are set to expire in a few years.For the full story, go to NY Post.
