CHICAGO-Metropolitan Chicago Inc.'s Goodwill Industries is planning to start a store at the Surrey Ridge Shopping Center in Arlington Heights next year. Goodwill has leased 16,540 square feet of space at the shopping complex, owned by St. Andrews Properties Inc.
