BOSTON-Developer Equity Residential has plans to scrap a parkinglot near five-story TD Garden and build 500 rental apartments atthe site. The 650 parking spaces will be shifted to an undergroundgarage and 200 additional spaces will be added to it. ElkusManfredi Architects has been hired for the redevelopment of the3-acre site.
