BOSTON-Home sales have plummeted in some communities inMassachusetts but in other communities sales have increased inJuly. Sales of single-family homes climbed 130% in Cohasset and117% in Norwood in July.


Meanwhile, home sales in Newton have dipped 29%, a decrease from95 to 67, but in Brookline, July sales have increased by 20%.However, many communities across the nation and in Massachusettshave experienced either drop or no progress with regard to housingsales.
