SUGAR LAND, TX-The Market at Town Center has added anothervalue-oriented retailer to its lineup – Nordstrom Rack will open atthe 375,000-square-foot power center in fall 2011.
The retailer, which is the off-price retail division ofNordstrom, will occupy a 35,455-square-foot space next to Marshallsin The Market at Town Center, which is owned by Houston-basedWeingarten Realty.
This store will be the second Rack location in the greaterHouston area. In February, Nordstrom Rack opened in The Centre atPost Oak.
