NEW YORK CITY-As the end of summer season is coming closer, rental prices in Manhattan continue to grow higher. As of August 15, rental prices have gone up 4.6%, reveals Manhattan Rental Report of Real Estate Group NY.
Since February, rental prices have been increasing gradually. Prices of two-bedroom apartments without doormen rose 8.7% to $5,930 in TriBeCa.
