DALLAS- Baylor Healthcare Systems Inc. has purchased buildings measuring 60,249 square feet located at 3004 Indiana St. and 300 N. Walton St. in Dallas.
Beaird Commercial Real Estate and CB Richard Ellis acted as brokers in the transaction with Candace Rubin.
In another sales agreement, a San Antonio-based food manufacturer bought 66,150 square feet of industrial building space located in 3551 Dan Morton Drive, Dallas.
