NEW YORK- North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System's 24-hour emergency-care center will be opened on 121A W 20th St since it was unable to settle on an agreement with Greenwich Village's St. Vincent's Hospital.
The center, a two-story building, is expected to open in the beginning of October and will be located eight blocks from St. Vincent's Hospital. North shore-LIJ received $9.4 million last spring in State aid to house an emergency care in Greenwich Village. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
