WALNUT CREEK, CA-The battle between commercial real estate brokerage houses, Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis continues to rage on with Grubb & Ellis launching the latest offensive by poaching some of Colliers' brokers in April.

The latest attack took place when Edward Del Beccaro, a former top boss in Colliers joined Grubb in the East Bay.
