NEW YORK CITY-The Obama administration has planned to introducetwo new programs targeted towards helping homeowners struggling topay their mortgages. A Federal Housing Administration refinancingattempt will be introduced by the administration to assiststruggling borrowers pay their home mortgages.

The administration will also begin an emergency homeowners' loanprogram which will help borrowers who are unemployed keep theirhomes. These programs are part of the government's initiative toensure that US citizens enjoy the benefits of home ownership.For the full story, go to New York Times.
