TAMPA, FL-Grubb & Ellis commercial Florida has negotiated a sublease for 4,000 square feet Class A office area at 100 N. Tampa Street tower in downtown Tampa.

In the transaction, the new subtenant, Grubb & Ellis Company was represented by the company executives. HKS Architects Inc., a Texas-based company, was the sublandlord.

The subtenant will take up suite 2450 in the building to house its southeast regional office led by executive managing director Randy Buddemeyer and senior vice president Tim Rivers. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
