WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Hedrick Brothers Construction has completed a significant portion of the $25-million Northboro Elementary School renovation project in West Palm Beach. The renovation includes a new 27,600-square-foot cafeteria and administrative building and a two-story building with 42 classrooms measuring 60,000 square feet.

The school is registered with United States Green Building Council LEED and is expecting a LEED Silver certification for its green design, making it the first registered Green school in Palm Beach County. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
