LOS ANGELES-A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has approved the sale of the Wilshire Bundy Plaza for $111 million. The 12121 Wilshire Blvd. office building was sold to Douglas Emmett Inc., a Santa Monica real estate investment trust, with the deal expected to close within a month.
The building was put up for sale due to the bankruptcy of Ezri Namvar and his realty firm and is the biggest office sale in the Los Angeles County this year. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
