Vertex has inked a lease agreement with ABD Capital Corporation for 15,945 square feet of industrial space located at the crossway of North 43rd Street, Tampa. Grubb & Ellis | Commercial Florida negotiated the deal with the company's Industrial & Land Services Group vice president, Chuck Bohac, representing the tenant in the transaction.
