NEW YORK CITY-Gary Barnett, the chief of Extell Development Co., has promised that Carnegie 57, a 74-story condo/hotel tower, will be completed soon. Extell is building the tower on a large site found across Carnegie Hall and includes a 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel.
Once the tower is completed, it will make for a strong addition to the Midtown skyline. The project is designed by Christian de Portzamparc, a French architect, and will be completed in three weeks. For the full story, go to New York Post.
