RIVERSIDE, CA-San Diego-based Davlyn Investments has sold the 132-unit Highlander Pointe apartments to the Foundation For Affordable Housing Inc. for $11.8 million. The property is an eight-building complex at 1055 W. Blaine St. that was built in 1975 and is situated on five acres.
The property features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facilities and covered parking. The property was listed by Alex Mogharebi of Marcus & Millichap.
Davlyn Investments Inc. is an owner/operator of apartment complexes, condominium conversion projects and office buildings throughout California. The firm, which has acquired in excess of $775 million in real estate assets, is headed by Jon Williams and Paul Kerr.
