CARPINTERIA, CA-Online software training company Lynda.com hasacquired a 57,474-square-foot property at 6410 Cindy Lane from theSalvation Army in its second real estate acquisition in the region,according to Christos Celmayster of Hayes Commercial Group, whorepresented lynda.com in the transaction. The property includes a31,553-square-foot office building and a 25,921-square-footwarehouse building on 3.52 acres.
The deal represents one of the top 10 commercial property salesof 2010 on the South Coast and is the largest commercial sale ofthe year in Carpinteria, Celmayster notes.
