CHICAGO- Regency Centers Corp., a Jacksonville-based operator,owner and developer of community and grocery anchored shoppingcenters, has acquired the Glen Oak Plaza in Glenview, Illinois, for$18 million.

Regency bought the 62,443 square-foot shopping center from aChicago-based family owned realty partnership. The Glen Oak Plazais anchored by a Walgreens store measuring 15,754 square feet and aTrader Joe's grocery store measuring 11,944 square feet. At thetime of closing, the center was 97% occupied.
