IRVING, TX-Impartial Services Group LLC has renewed and expanded its least at the 300,000-square-foot Crestview Tower, here at 105 Decker Ct. The liability company added 5,000 square feet to jump to 23,242 square feet.
The company agreed to another five years at the 12-story building, which includes other tenants such as MMC and Hartland Automotive Services. Impartial has been in the building, on the third floor, since 2007, says Tim Terrell with Stream Realty Partners LP. Terrell, Sarah Payne and Rebecca Rambie represented the landlord, TA Associates Realty, and Dave Besserer and Curt Linn with Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.
The building is 35% vacant, but Terrell says Stream has arranged about 40,000 new leases in the past three months. “The office market has been relatively flat, but a couple of submarkets are doing very well, Crestview being one of them,” he tells GlobeSt.com.
