IRVING, TX-Impartial ServicesGroup LLC has renewed and expanded its least at the300,000-square-foot Crestview Tower, here at 105 Decker Ct. Theliability company added 5,000 square feet to jump to 23,242 squarefeet.

The company agreed to another five years at the 12-storybuilding, which includes other tenants such as MMC and HartlandAutomotive Services. Impartial has been in the building, on thethird floor, since 2007, says Tim Terrell with Stream RealtyPartners LP. Terrell, Sarah Payne and Rebecca Rambie representedthe landlord, TA Associates Realty, and Dave Besserer and Curt Linnwith Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in thetransaction.

The building is 35% vacant, but Terrell says Stream has arrangedabout 40,000 new leases in the past three months. “The officemarket has been relatively flat, but a couple of submarkets aredoing very well, Crestview being one of them,” he tellsGlobeSt.com.
