JOLIET, IL-Jacobson Cos., a logistics firm, has leased half of a1 million square-foot warehouse space near Joliet from ING ClarionPartners.
The space is to be sub-leased to New Zealand-based dairy giant,Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd., who will accept the lease if thecompany selects another logistics provider.
