JOLIET, IL-Jacobson Cos., a logistics firm, has leased half of a 1 million square-foot warehouse space near Joliet from ING Clarion Partners.
The space is to be sub-leased to New Zealand-based dairy giant, Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd., who will accept the lease if the company selects another logistics provider.
