MEMPHIS-Urban Outfitters Inc, a Philadelphia-based apparelretail chain, is in talk to lease a former antique mall buildingmeasuring 13,816 square feet at 742 S.Cooper to house one of itsname-brand stores.

Urban Outfitters also considered Highland Row, a mixed-useddevelopment located close to the University of Memphis campus. TheHighland Row development will be completed by developer Poag &McEwen by 2012. The McDevitt Co. represented Urban Outfitters inthe leasing transaction.
