DALLAS-Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc., a Memphis-basedapartment investor, has purchased two more Collin County apartmentcomplexes. It has bought the 250-unit apartment, The Venue atStonebridge Ranch in McKinney at 6530 Virginia Parkway.
Mid-America also purchased the 270-unit apartment complex, TheLa Valencia at Starwood in Frisco on Lebanon Road from TontiProperties.
